The rich have someone to talk to about money - wealth managers. Someone who has a good sense of you. Your spending, your wants, your desires and a forecast of your life. They make silent tweaks to your money without you having to get into it.

The rest of us? We make do with google or chatgpt or youtube. And it’s starting to become more and more time consuming. We're all left wondering, “am I doing this right?".

We want to eradicate that nagging thought entirely with Smooth Money. But in a manner that's so fun and approachable, you'll wonder "how on earth did we get by before smooth money?”

We've put together a cracked team of engineers, design and product folks to make this dream a reality. And raised a fair bit of funding as well. You will be the first senior designer at Smooth Money, building a compelling money manager for Gen Z that makes financial smarts automatic.

Deep Down, here’s what we believe

1. Gen‑Z in India wants to get better with money, but doesn’t know whom to talk to, doesn’t trust jargon, and needs guidance in their own language and tone.
2. Finance currently involves you knowing what financial product you want - that needs to change. You should only deeply care about what you want to achieve.
3. For something as important, not enough attempts are being made to make this more intuitive or approachable. That's about to change very, very fast.

What You’ll do

• Build game‑style mechanics tailored to money
• Own the end‑to‑end customer experience across onboarding → activation → core money behaviors → retention.
• Define the interaction language of Smooth Money: micro‑interactions, states, motion principles, feedback loops.
• Set the visual design direction for product (and influence brand) - typography, color, layout, illustration/motion style.
